1. Agreement
By joining the waitlist, taking the quiz, creating an account, or using Archadia, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility (16+)
You must be at least 16 years old to use Archadia, and you confirm you meet this when you sign up. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 16 will be closed.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. Keep your password secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. Provide accurate information, including your date of birth.
4. What Archadia is
Archadia lets you log your Fortnite matches and reveals a coaching identity by scoring how you play, delivered through a world of nine fictional coaches with their own stories and voices. Fortnite is the only supported game at launch. Identity results, coach readings, and coaching feedback are for entertainment and self-improvement. They are not professional, medical, or psychological advice, and no outcome, ranking, or competitive result is promised.
4a. Coaches, AI, and generated voices
The nine coaches are fictional characters. Their readings, chat replies, and spoken lines are generated by AI language and speech models, not by a human coach, and they can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat a read as an opinion to test in your next match, not as fact. A coach never speaks for a real person, and the voices are synthetic, not recordings of anyone. Do not rely on a coach for anything safety critical.
4b. Live sessions and the reading table
If you open a reading table session, you decide who gets the key, and anything you show, say, or let the coach read may be seen by everyone who joins. Audience chat, votes, and called shots are visible in the room and may appear on your overlay. Do not broadcast other people's personal information, and do not use a session to harass anyone. We may close a session, revoke a key, or suspend an account for abuse of this feature.
5. Acceptable use
Do not: break the law; submit another person's data without permission; falsify or manipulate logged data to abuse the service; reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attack the platform; infringe our or others' intellectual property; or disrupt other users. Do not choose a gamer tag that is hateful, harassing, sexual, or impersonating; we block and may reset tags that break this. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Safety screening: messages you send inside the product are screened automatically for abuse and for language that suggests self harm or crisis. A flagged message is stored and may be reviewed by a human on our team. Archadia is not a crisis service and no one here is monitoring in real time. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country right now.
6. One world, every player (community safety)
Archadia exists so players can become who they are. All are welcome in this world, and we mean all: every background, every identity, every skill level. We are proud that this is a safe and special space for the LGBTQ+ community, and we protect it like one.
So hear this plainly: we do not tolerate hateful language, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or threats, directed at any player, anywhere in the service, on any basis, including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality. This is not a guideline. Violations will result in suspension or permanent closure of your account at our discretion, and where a subscription exists, without refund except where the law requires.

7. Your content
You keep ownership of the match data and screenshots you submit. You grant us a license to process them to operate and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log.
8. Our intellectual property
Archadia, including the nine coaches, their names, lore, artwork, card designs, the fingerprint and scoring systems, and all software and branding, is owned by Archade Reporting & Analytics LLC and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service. No other rights are granted.
Fortnite: Archadia is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. Your gameplay statistics are yours; we simply read them.
9. Subscriptions and billing
There are four tiers and each one includes everything below it: Survivor (free), Detective (11.99 USD per month), Ascendant (16.99 USD per month), and Mythic (24.99 USD per month). Current prices always sit on our pricing page and that page governs at the moment you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. Prices may change with prior notice, applying from the next cycle. Taxes may apply.
What a paid tier buys is access to features, never a coach. Coaches are unlocked by play, never sold, and a tier may shorten a path you are already walking. Free voice narration, the Table roster, and lore unlocked by logging stay available on Survivor. Referral rewards are in-product only, carry no cash value, and can be withdrawn if referrals are faked.
10. Cancellation, refunds, and the EU 14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a new paid subscription: unused, you get a full refund; if you expressly consent at checkout to start paid access immediately, you acknowledge the withdrawal right ends once performance has fully begun, and any refund for a partly used period is proportionate. We refund within 14 days of a valid withdrawal by your original payment method. Renewal charges are generally not refundable once a new period begins, except where the law requires. Our refund policy restates this in plain terms.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Pre-launch surfaces (countdown, reveals, waitlist) may change at any time.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumers' mandatory rights in their country of residence.
13. Limitation of liability
Subject to section 12, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or 50 EUR if you have paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. Changes to these Terms
We will post updated Terms here with a new date and notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
