The walkthrough
This is not a slideshow. Take the read, log a match, sit at the Table and hear the coaches speak in their own voices. Nothing on this page is saved, and nothing here is a mock-up of something we have not built.

What this place is, what it does with your play, and what the nine owe you
I am Hugor. Archadia is not a stats tracker. It is a place where your play is read as a person, not as a number. You drop, you fight, you log it, and the pattern underneath your play starts to say something true about who you are becoming.
The War RoomYour coach, where you stand tonight, and the one drill worth running.
Station one
Nine questions in the app, three here. It aligns you to one of the Core three, and it is honest that an alignment is only a start.
The circle is closing and you hear a fight two rooftops over.
Your squadmate goes down first, mid-fight.
You have a fifteen second lull with no contact.
0/3 answered · the real read runs nine
Answer all three and one of the Core three steps forward. In the app the alignment is a starting point, not a verdict. Your logged matches move it.
Station two
Log a match and get an answer, not a spreadsheet. Move the sliders and watch the read change with you.
Match entry · Fortnite
In the app you can hand over the match stats screen instead. The image is read, then discarded, and never stored. Every coach reads one stat harder than the rest, and the log marks it in their colour.
Station three
Nine coaches, five different ways to reach them. Tap a seat to hear who is waiting there.

Arc Commander
800 logged matches, capped at 15 per day
I am El-dris, the Arc Commander. Survivor, I see you. Committed to the Arc.
Station four
Three logged matches is the threshold. Advance it here and watch the Arc stop guessing.
Nothing logged. The read is a guess about you, and it says so.
Free to enter, no card, Fortnite first. Your read takes a few minutes and your first match starts the rest.
