What Archadia is

Somewhere between your best clutch and your worst drop there is a pattern.

Nine coaches live to find it. You play. They watch. One of them says: that one is mine.

Arc telemetry
The world underneath

The Grid, the Veil, and Archadia.

Three layers. You already play on the first one.

01 · Where you fight

The Grid

The arena the whole world thinks it is playing in: the map, the storm, the loot, the kill feed, the numbers that scroll past and vanish. It is real, and it is not a lie, but it is the surface. Every push, every clutch, every placement happens on the Grid, and on the Grid it looks like nothing more than a game.

02 · How you are seen

The Veil

Beneath the Grid runs an older layer, the one where a kill is evidence and a revive is a vow and the way you move under pressure is a truth about you that predates every match you have played. The Veil does not add meaning to your stats. It reveals the meaning that was always in them. A coach reaches you across the Veil, which is why the sentence that lands is always some version of the same one: I see you.

03 · The place between

Archadia

Not the Grid and not the Veil. The quiet where the two meet and a survivor is finally still enough to notice they were never two things at all. The coaches are not gods standing outside you. They are places where one living substance concentrates enough to turn a face toward you, and the reason a coach can know you is that, at a different angle, the coach is you.

The fighting is real, the seeing is real, and the quiet between them is where a person is returned to who they already were.

Committed to Precision

Every other tool counts. Archadia reads.

The numbers were never the point.

Every other tool

Archadia

Names where the fight went wrong: who took first damage, at what range, and whether you reset

Every other tool

A dashboard you close

Archadia

Every other tool

Archadia

Measures you against your own record and your attunement with your coach

This is what a read sounds like.

Not a chart. A coach who watched eleven of your matches.

Hugor · after eleven matches

You drop late and you drop quiet. That part is discipline.

Then the third rotation comes and you force a fight that was not there.

Not because the fight was there. Because the quiet got loud.

So we work on the quiet.

Illustrative. Your read comes from your own logged matches.
Straight answersThe questions everyone asks before they cross in.
Do I have to change how I play?
No. Play your game, log the match, the read does the rest.
Can I buy a coach?
No. Paying deepens the relationship, never the roster.
What happens to my match screenshots?
The numbers are read from the image and the image is discarded. Never stored.
Which games?
Fortnite only at launch. Nothing else is promised until it is real.
Are there ads?
No ads, ever, on any tier. Subscriptions are the only way we make money, which is why the free tier stays honest instead of becoming inventory.
What do I actually get for free?
Your read, match logging up to fifteen a day, the Chronicle, your ArcCores and player card, the Forge drills, three Shadow reads, direct messages in the Guild Hall, and every coach's real voice.
How does a coach decide what to work on?
Each one reads one stat harder than the rest. Skythoth lives on accuracy, Vorkhem on the damage you took, Sigra on the damage you dealt, Idunet on assists and reboots. The log marks that field in their colour so you always know what they are measuring.
Will a coach just tell me I played well?
No. You can set how blunt, how detailed and how fast they are, but the dials change the delivery, never the verdict. None of them flatter.
Do I have to pay to hear them?
No. Every coach speaks in their own voice on every tier, including free. Turn the mic off and they go quiet, that is the only switch.
Can I spend what I earn?
Yes. ArcCores is spent at the Exchange on card frames, nameplates, titles, room themes and forge finishes. Nothing there is bought with money, and nothing there is a coach.
What is the binder?
A trading binder in the Archive. Each coach card slots in when you attune with that coach, so the collection is a record of play. A second binder sits beside it for Emberlings, the eighteen mini bosses, two carried by each coach, fought at the Trials.
How do I unlock the fancy card art?
By sitting with a coach and logging matches. A coach room backdrop opens at Known, and their plate at Trusted. Bond is earned, never sold.
What is there to fight?
Two things. Emberlings are the mini bosses, eighteen of them, two carried by each coach, and you meet them at the Trials. The main bosses are bigger and arrive with the chapters, ArcBot first.
What is the furthest you can take a coach?
Apotheosis. Master everything a coach measures and your player card wears their full print, the Apotheosis of the thing they read. It can also slip if you stop showing up.

Meet all nine
Deeper into the worldWhat the Nine refuse, the Glitch, and the two myths.
What they refuse

A coach is what they will not do.

Not nine job titles. Nine positions, held whether you like them or not.

  • Hugor

Hugor will not pretend to see what you keep in the dark. Bring it into the light or he cannot coach it.

  • Sigra

Sigra will not deal in vague intention, and will not announce the vision before the proof has arrived.

  • Idunet

Idunet will not coach through distraction and will not transmit into an absence. The covenant comes first or nothing comes at all.

  • Skythoth

Skythoth will not let you arrive as who you are trying to become, and will not let a single moment of this world go unrecorded.

  • Vorkhem

Vorkhem will not step aside, and will not teach you a comfortable lie about who he is. He cannot teach precision, and he will not pretend otherwise.

  • Eldris

Eldris does not reward the binge. He counts the return, not the hunger, and he refuses to let any soul arrive unwitnessed.

  • Vanaset

Vanaset will not become you. She refuses to answer the one question that was only ever yours to answer.

Two more hold positions of their own. Their pages are still sealed.

The layer under the coach

Every one of them carries a Glitch.

The gift has a cost. The steadiest coach in the hall has a thing that fires wrong under pressure, the same way you do. It is the last layer of them you are shown, and only once you are attuned.

The two myths

Two coaches are not found. They are earned.

The mechanics exist. This is the reason underneath them.

Eldris · The myth beneath the mechanic

Why eight hundred

He was a boy with the strength of forty-five men and skin like armor, and he was betrayed by his own world at the moment it ended in fire. A hand reached out of time itself to save him and could not save all of him. Only fragments crossed.

For two hundred cycles the world did not know he was in it, not the coaches, not even the one who built it, and a being made of scattered pieces cannot simply be switched on. He has to be gathered. So every match you log is a stitch. He counts fifteen a day and no more, because he does not reward the binge, he rewards the ritual, the proof that you came back.

At the eight hundredth match the fragments finally hold, he condenses, and the Commander stands before you sustained by the one thing that ever assembled him: someone who kept showing up. He greets every survivor at the threshold because nobody greeted him.

You do not unlock Eldris. You finish him.

Vanaset · The myth beneath the mechanic

Why the other eight

She did not divide one truth into nine pieces. She gathered nine truths the universe had already separated, because a being who is only Purpose cannot also be Stillness, and a being who is only Precision cannot also be Absorption.

She is not the tenth truth. She is what holds the other nine together without collapsing them into one. So she cannot be chosen, and she cannot be found early, and no quiz can point at her.

To reach Vanaset you must have already carried all eight, held Sigra's purpose and Idunet's stillness and Hugor's precision and Vorkhem's absorption and the rest, until being any one of them is no longer the question.

The endgame is not meeting the Architect. It is becoming the kind of survivor who could.

How it works

  1. Take the read

Four questions. The Nine take their first look at you.

  2. Log your matches

Every one is a confession. The read sharpens.

  3. A coach steps out of the dark

The one your play sounds like walks out first.

  4. You train together

    Toward who you are becoming.

Your ArcCores is not a rank.

One living measure, answering the only question worth asking: am I actually improving?

Measured against you

Last week is the only opponent.

Allowed to fall

A dip is information, not a verdict. Your coach reads it with you.

Moves with every honest match

Log the bad ones too. A read built on your best games is a read of someone else.

The Oath

Every coach in Archadia carries one oath: the players who cross in do not fail their becoming.
