I am Hugor. Archadia is not a stats tracker. It is a place where your play is read as a person, not as a number. You drop, you fight, you log it, and the pattern underneath your play starts to say something true about who you are becoming.

Station one
The read
Nine questions in the app, three here. It aligns you to one of the Core three, and it is honest that an alignment is only a start.
The circle is closing and you hear a fight two rooftops over.

Answer all three and one of the Core three steps forward. In the app the alignment is a starting point, not a verdict. Your logged matches move it.

The Chronicle
Log a match and get an answer, not a spreadsheet. Move the sliders and watch the read change with you.

Simulation. Nothing here is saved, and the number it gives back is a demo stand-in, not the read the app gives. Hugor's soul stat is Headshot Hit %, which needs headshots and hits, so this demo cannot show it.
In the app you can hand over the match stats screen instead. An AI service reads the image; Archadia does not save it. Every coach reads four stats, one hardest of all, and the log marks them in their colour.

Nine coaches, five different ways to reach them. Tap a seat to hear who is waiting there.
